We believe that all parents should have the right to get support to help their children lead happy, healthy lives and enable them to reach their full potential.

Parents will contact us about any aspect of family life they may be struggling with, issues such as aggression, behavioural issues, bullying, mental health, online safety and separation. We then provide an appropriate support for parents through a freephone support line, parenting programmes and workshops, employee wellbeing sessions, and parental participation.

We receive funding to enable us to deliver some of these services in Northern Ireland, but we also rely on your donations and fundraising to support us to continue our work which helps transform the lives of families across Northern Ireland.
